FAQs

  • If weather prevents flower picking prior to pickup or pickup time, I will contact you and let you know another plan of action. The day of pickup may have to be moved that week.

  • How nice of you to be thinking of someone else. This is easy to navigate. At checkout for your subscription options, I just need recipient info. You will be emailed a gift Certificate to print out for them if wanted.

  • Although I pray this never happens, with any farming Mother Nature is in charge. So if she decides not in our favor and our flower fields are ruined or freeze super early for our area and we are not able to fulfill your subscription, you will be refunded for the remainder of the subscription with a check or venmo payment.

  • If you know ahead of time (at least a couple days) you can contact me and we can schedule a different pickup at the farm.

If it falls last minute (day before or day of), then unfortunately you will be responsible for your pickup. I would encourage you in this situation to have a friend or relative pickup for you. Maybe you even want to gift it to them for picking it up for you.

  • Unfortunately you are responsible for pickup during your time selected. The pickup locations are only open during their business hours. If you miss their open time, you may be able to pickup in their next open hours, but that doesn’t guarantee your arrangement in its original looking form.

  • If the address change is within reason, we will work it out by either adding a delivery fee for the remainder of the subscription or changing pickup location.

If you move further away, unfortunately you will not be refunded. I would suggest gifting the remainder of it to a friend, relative, or nursing home. Please contact me for any of these changes.

  • The vase life of flowers varies. Typically vase life should be around 5-10 days. We are picking our best blooms at the right times to help them last as long as possible for you.

The best way to extend the life of your flowers is to keep the water clean by changing it every 2-3 days and keep flowers out of direct sunlight. But of course, you may have to rid of some blooms sooner than others.

  • Mother nature can really have an impact on the flowers, but a strong guess for subscriptions is mid to end of July start time. As the flowers mature and get closer to picking dates, I will send out an email with info regarding dates. Again, Likely mid to end of July start date, so look for an email in early July.
